Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Ref: HPS/CS Coordinator)

Reports to: Account Executive/Client Services Director
Status (exempt): Salaried Full-Time
Hours: are generally 8:00-5:00 pm Monday-Friday
Client Services Coordinator (Ref: HPS/CS Coordinator)
You are the critical administrative support to ensure that print and interactive client projects are done on time. You keep track of project schedules and provide tactful reminders to client services, creative and technical teams. You prepare all needed documentation for meetings and projects. You proofread and make revisions to proposals, reports, and copies. You provide basic research and coordination support. You ensure that communication flows smoothly between team members.
You have a BA, Concentration Marketing or Communications, top of the class. You are detail oriented. You have outstanding organizational and communications skills. You are upbeat and proactive. Most of all you have proven that you care and that you understand that it’s what happens behind the scenes that makes a project successful.
