Reports to: Account Executive/Client Services Director
Status (exempt): Salaried Full-Time
Hours: are generally 8:00-5:00 pm Monday-Friday

Project Manager (Ref: HPS/PM)

As a member of the Clients Service team, you will provide support to the Account Executives and the Client Services Director for print and interactive project deliverables: project plans, proposals, schedule management, revision tracking, reporting. You will manage the day-to-day relationships with vendors and internal and external resources in order to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, in-budget and according to requirements. You will take a proactive role in the coordination of communication between clients, client services team, creative team and technical staff in support of projects.

You have a BA, Concentration Marketing, top of the class, 1+ year Client Services experience in integrated marketing or multi-media agency. You have exceptional organizational and communications skills. Most of all you have proven your outstanding customer relations.
